When renting Avenue Ballroom, the space includes a stereo system and up to thirty chairs.
Renter will provide any other materials needed for their event.
Renter will remove all waste from the venue before leaving at the end of the day or a $50 disposal fee will apply
If you are serving alcohol at your event, a Special Occassion Permit is required and any costs associated with obtaining the permit are the responsibility of the renter.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Deposits are not refundable if event is canceled less than 30 days before your event.
The remainder of the payment is due the day of your event.
Proof of event insurance is required on the date of the event. If proof is not provided, the event will be canceled and full event payment will be required.
The cost of any damage to the space during the course of the rental is the responsibility of the renter.
We accept payment in the form of cash, Visa, Mastercard or e-Transfer.
